Reliability and Risk Department (OSR) was established in 2004 at the Faculty of Mechatronics and Interdisciplinary Engineering Studies by the Technical University of Liberec. Since its origin we deal with research and practical application in the industry in the field of dependability, safety{security and risk (environmental, health and economical). We also deal with maintenance planning and optimization. OSR members successfully use their theoretical knowledge in solving research projects and industrial orders, and they pass on their theoretical and practical experience to students as part of teaching at bachelor's and master's level and in conducting student qualification projects.
